Quick pear pie with cheese


  • 4 large pears
  • 450 g of flour
  • 5 eggs
  • 500g of semi-skimmed curd cheese
  • 250 g of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 125 ml of hot water

Quick pear pie with cheese- preparation process

Leave soften butter overnight in warm. Mix it on the second day in a large bowl with the cocoa, water and add 130 grams of crystal sugar. Mix it thoroughly. Meanwhile, whip in another bowl, 4 beaten eggs, add to them gradually the flour, and butter mixture, which we have already made.

For the filling, mix in a bowl the curd cheese, 20 grams of sugar and one egg. Prepare a baking tray and put on it baking sheet. Healthy pear cake with walnut crumbles


  • 100 g of flour
  • 150 g of spelt flour
  • 2 tsp of baking powder

  • 3.5 kg of pears
  • 250 ml of vinegar
  • 750 g of granulated sugar

Pear jam - preparation process:

Cut pears into quarters, put in a cooking pot, pour the pears over with vinegar, sprinkle it with granulated sugar, and add spices. Leave the cooking pot overnight in a cool place. Bring the second day the contents of the cooking pot to a boil and then simmer until thick. Finally, remove the spices, blend it thoroughly, add a tablespoon of rum, and fill it into clean jars.

Pear compote


  • 2 kg of pears
  • 500g of edible rowan berries

Pear compote – preparation process:

Clean pears and rowan berries, then get rid of hard pear peel and cut it into wedges. Put the fruit into a cooking pot, add water and cook until soft.
